The hotel provided good prices. The most important was the staff - affable and lovely people. The location was marvellous, just off restaurants and bars in Tam Coc and nearby attractions. Besides, it was 2 km away from Tam Coc.

Modern and quiet hotel, everything was great, I felt like home. I loved looking at garden from the window of the double room. It was beautiful and included a safe box, central heating, and an iron. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. the room was clean and bright. - the hotel provided facilities like an electronic key card, a multi-channel television, and a writing table. - the location was fantastic, with many nearby restaurants and attractions like Mua cave, Trang An, and Tam Coc.

The basic amenities were all provided, and the breakfast was delicious. I couldn't have asked for more!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had breathtaking views of the rice fields. The breakfast options were delicious, with a mix of Vietnamese and Western dishes. We also enjoyed the complimentary bikes provided, which made exploring Tam Coc easy and enjoyable. we highly recommend Lotus Hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay in Ninh Binh.

The hotel was okay, but the location was a bit inconvenient as you have to cycle or get a taxi to the main attractions. the staff was accommodating and friendly, though, and gave us good suggestions on where to eat. the room was large and the bed was comfortable. the hotel also offered free bikes to ride around the place.

The shower didn't have a curtain which made the bathroom floor wet and slippery. It was quite dangerous especially for older people or children.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The location was peaceful and just a short scooter ride away from the center. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even accommodating our vegan diet and providing us with a delicious breakfast. And the view from our room of the mountains was simply magical.
